      My tech, Don, knew exactly what to do...problem solved in 2 minutes. The solution was to check the appropriate option in a "Settings" list. Nice thing is I didn't have to provide a lot of info that had nothing to do with the problem, e.g. what is your OS, computer brand, have you tried this and this and this. Good experience...will call them again if I have a problem.

      Been using the program for nearly a decade - however new updates mess up my workspace platform and this one took me nearly 2 days to realize it was System Mechanic that was the problem
