    I also ordered a DVD and never received it. Tried to email and call but received no answer. Not a place to order anything. Luckily it wasn't a lot of money.

    I ordered and downloaded perfectly fine so far and also have offline on box.com so we can watch while camping. Hoping I don't have any issues and will continue to use

    Wish I had come to this site first. Guess I am out $12.99 for a digital copy of Avatar: Way of Water only. Like many others, I thought I was getting physical disks. How are these companies even allowed to continue to exist?!?!?

    ordered avatar, the way of the water over a month ago. still havent recieved the dvd. phone is disconnected, no response to e mail. if you order something from these guys, you might as well throw your money out the window

    I was looking for Chucky Season 2 for me and my son, as we are both fans of the ***************** series, and I got an email telling me to download the product. And reading these reviews, I learned that I was ripped off. I thought "Hey, this is really cheap!" But it turned out to be too good to be true. I will never purchase anything from this site again. Guess I have to resort to spending $20 for it on another site.

    i have fallen victim to this as well, it sounded too good to be true because of what i thought i was getting for the price i paid.... i should have checked here with BBB first >:(But i only lost $15 dollars, so it's not THAT bad. Could have been a LOT worse. Do not buy anything from this website. They do not sell physical media despite FALSELY ADVERTISING products with blu-ray and dvd cases.
