    I purchased a new HS600D Drone From the holystone store. I paid 399$ for this device. I only got 2 flights out of the drone before it lost connection and toilet bowled out of control and crashed. Holy stone requested flight records of the event. I emailed flight records of the event which clearly show their device malfunctioned, I also emailed a video of the event which also shows the fault was in the device. After sending them exactly what they asked for, holystone never responded again. I have maid multiple attempts to get them to respond and never hear back. I have copies of the emails and the last email promising they were going to help.

    I Recently Discussed A PartnerShip With Someone ************* *********** And She Was Very Informative On How I Could Make Them Money And Sell More Drones For Them But Failed To Disclose The HS720R Drone That I Purchased Has Flight,GPS And Crashing Issues And Also When I Asked For A *************** She's On Vacation But Emailed Me Not 10 minutes Ago. I Originally Asked To Review The HS900 Which Has Been Updated And Doesn't Have The Problems Of The HS720R But Of Course They Wouldn't Let Me Review It And Suggested I Get A Discounted HS720R. I Cannot Understand Why A Company Would Offer A First Time Flyer A Drone Over 250 Grams That Crashes Knowing That Can Get Customers Fined By The *** If The Thing Crashes. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!!

    My wife purchased a Drone from Holy stone in late Oct of 2023.It was to be Christmas gift that I received on Christmas. It could not be flown until late spring of *************************************************************** June . It turned out To be defective . It only left the ground twice and took on its own and crashed. I contacted the company and showed them the flight information And they agreed to send me a replacement . I received the replace at the beginning of August. On its 4th Flight it lost communication and just away to never be found after two days of looking. Holy stone will not replace or refund the money spent for a product that they know has issues that have described. The model is the hs720r.I can provide you with many screen shots of others just like myself that are having the same experience. All they offer 35% of another purchase from them.This ***** is advertised to return to it take off spot if it loses connection. But this Drone sires has know problems.

    I have tried contacting Holy Stone and they continue to send me the email at the bottom over and over. I have responded several times with the information of what I paid. I have also called several times and they say that it must be handled by *****. ***** keeps sending the response below asking what I would prefer. I have answered several times. Can you please help with communication? "Vanna, I did and I've responded several times and have also called. I said, if you cannot replace my HS720R with a comparable HS720 series drone, please send me a refund. The drone cost $399.99 + $16.20 (tax) for a total of $416.99.     I purchased a drone from Holy Stone via Amazon for my father for Christmas 15 months ago. He went through the setup process as directed at that time, and the drone would turn on and propellors would spin, but the drone wouldn't, won't, and has never left the ground. I tested it myself with the same result. It was obviously sold with a defect. **************** is unwilling to repair, replace or refund the unit, regardless of when the problem started, because the unit is now out of warranty. I would like Holy Stone to either provide the appropriate replacement parts for the current unit, or offer a significant discount on a new unit, as this issue was occuring WHILE the unit was under warranty.
