    I purchased a gift card in June 2024. When I tried to use it in December of 2024, I was told the card didnt exist. I had the receipt for the card as well as my bank statement. I asked for a managers help and she said the card number didnt exist. I waited for close to an hour for her to help me. She finally agreed that she saw the card was sold to me but couldnt figure out where the money went and she admitted that the system said no money was ever used the gift card. Nevertheless, she wouldnt use my card or refund me because she kept saying the card didnt exist. I am out $40 for a gift card!! She gave me a number that she claimed was a corporate number. Its not!! Its a mailbox system. I tried using the DogHaus website to ask for help. I emailed customer service 4 times and havent gotten a response. Its as if this company doesnt exist because there is no way to contact them. Its frustrating and I am out $40!

    I made the mistake of ordering food from Doghaus in *************, ** on the night of Thanksgiving. My order was confirmed and supposedly to be delivered 45 mins later, but then was cancelled before the scheduled delivery, and my card was charged. I called the restaurant multiple times and spoke to the manager. He saw my transaction in the system and claimed he'd initiated a refund multiple times, before suggesting I just go in and eat on the house, which I'm not interested in. He asked multiple times for my order confirmation and a screenshot of my bank statement before claiming "corporate" doesn't see that the transaction went through. This is ridiculous. It's been almost 3 months. I don't have time for this ********. I just want my money back.
