1 starDO NOT HIRE!! I should have known things were going downhill when I requested a midday appointment and they changed it to morning and had to ask them what time they were coming the night before. When they arrived on July 14 I advised them of where to park. They were currently in a no parking zone where construction was being done. After 15 minutes of going back and forth they moved it to the location that I requested. They asked if they could go through the front door but due to the area we are only able to prop the side doors open. My studio apartment was right off the elevator on the 12th floor and had an elevator reserved for the move they still took 4 hours to load the truck. I had to constantly go and check on them because they would be gone for a long time and I pushed all the items to the door. I would find them hanging out on the truck and vaping. Once they saw me they would start working again. We got over to my new apartment that was 12 miles away at ** (we started the move at 930a) and we had a long conversation over where to park again. Instead of just unloading the helper thought it was a good idea to tell me he was looking to move and began touring the place. The ******* was upstairs in my apartment for 2 hours putting together furniture and sitting and talking on the phone. I had to constantly get these guys to work. The helper told me it was only his 3rd day on the job which explained why they were going so slow and didnt know how to pack or to unload a truck. The move ended at 6p (8.5 hours later). I spoke to a guy during the move that didnt speak very good English who said he was going to let his manager know. The manager called and said I didnt know what I was talking about because it was my first time hiring movers and moves take this long. On Saturday, July 19 I got a call from them saying they could give me one hour refund for inconvenience and asked if I could give them a good review for it. I declined.Review fromAllen N

5 starsMy move was pretty much perfect. The scheduling was easy and very straightforward, my quotes were accurate the whole way through the move and ****** was very helpful and knowledgeable about the details we'd need.The movers were amazing. ***** called 15 min before they arrived, let me know they were on the way, they came in the time they were scheduled and they were very quick and used great problem solving skills. They were friendly and weren't patronizing and answered every question I had. I asked if they did a good job, do they get a bonus and he said they didn't, but they get tips and are paid well. When they arrived at my destination, a state away, they beat me by half a day and moved everything in and literally nothing was broken. Rodion put everything in all the rooms necessary and was VERY quick. I legitimately couldn't have asked for a better moving experience.Review fromCarolyn D

5 starsI used Next Moving Company last December and had a great experience. Im using them again tomorrow and Im sure this move will be just as hassle free as last year. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to deal with. Moving is very stressful but Next Moving Company really makes it less stressful. They explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Its going to rain tomorrow and I was assured that the team will make sure the floors and carpet in both houses will be protected. 1 starI am writing regarding the situation that occurred with my move with NEXT moving company on November 9 and 10, 2023. I contacted Next moving through Yelp on October 23, 2023 and spoke with *** and requested an in person estimate. He told me that he would do a Zoom estimate with me. I explained to him that I was concerned about a zoom estimate, at which time he told me that that are pretty accurate with Zoom estimates and that I should be fine. One of the crew started smoking in my garage. I called the company and spoke with *** and ****** about one of their crew smoking. *** and ****** agree that his crew member should not smoke on the job. Subsequently, they said that they would not send him back out. On November 10, they sent the same guy back out and apparently told him, according to ****, not to smoke. Because of the lack of organization of my things and lack of labeling, I have been unable to locate many of my items (i.e., my ipad and ipod, my back up drives for my computers, my dog's food, some of my food, my crystals from the curio and some of my check books) to name a few. I located some of my jewelry and it was broken. I have been extremely dissatisfied about what they did and how they did it. The organizational and communication skills were lacking. I requested that they label each room and what was in the boxes, but to my dismay that was not accomplished. This move has cause me to become depressed. They were very careless with my items and irresponsible with packing. The service that was promised was not provided other then moving the items. They broke my jewelry (bracelet). I cannot locate other jewelry. I have been working hard to go through boxes but since there were no label choosing which box to go through has been hard. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate many of my personal items. They threw items in my drawers unprotected. They threw all of my electronics in boxes unprotected. 5 starsMy husband and I had a great experience with Next Moving Company. We came across their Yelp when looking for movers and settled for NMC when we read reviews and saw nothing but positive feedback. Upon requesting further information and a quote, *** followed up to schedule a virtual estimate which included pointing out the items they would move, reviewing what they provided during the move, and answering any questions we had about moving day. Their prices were fair, and as they promoted on their website, there were no hidden fees. *** and his team are also great with communication via text, phone, and email to ensure that you're just as ready as they are for moving day so that no questions are left unanswered. On moving day, the movers- Ilia, ******, and ***- were on time and ready to begin wrapping our items with blankets, boxes, and plastic. **** was extremely friendly and was exceptional in asking us questions, letting us know what the team would do to protect our furniture and items further, and making himself available to answer any questions. The team was extremely efficient and did a great job ensuring our fragile items were well taken care of, especially since it was raining and pouring as they were loading the truck. Upon arriving at the new place, ****** and *** were great about asking ** where we wanted furniture as they unloaded and just as careful taking items upstairs. I highly recommend Next Moving *** to anyone looking to hire movers with the security that their items will arrive in one piece scratch-free! 5 starsWe have just had Next moving team move our stuff out of our 3-bedroom townhouse and are really pleased with the service. They turned up on time, made sure everything was extremely well wrapped,packed and moved some big, heavy pieces.
****, ****** and ***** were friendly, had a great attitude, and were fun to work with. Our move was massive, but we did it!

I moved my family belongings from *********** to ***** in Jul 2022. I was in Europe at the time of arranging all this and despite the distance, and time difference, ***** was able to coordinate it all so amazingly and arrange the morning pick up during the challenging times.
The initial quote, answering our questions about the paperwork, insurance details etc - all was completed and provided to ** to the highest standard during the virtual estimate.
The goods took some time to arrive but the service we received along the way was outstanding! In *****, **** and ***** delivered our goods and unpacked it all for us including reassembling the furniture and placing it in the locations we wanted around the house. They handled it all with such great care and were very respectful of all the things that they were unpacking.

From the moment they first arrived until the moment they departed we were completely comfortable and secure in the knowledge that we were in the best hands for our move to Seattle, WA. We would highly recommend both the Company and the crew, including their manager Archy, to everyone who is planning to move their household items. We had previously moved from NC to Los Angeles and thought that company was excellent, however Alex, Adam and their manager showed us yet a higher level of competence, professionalism, security and courtesy in completing the job in an excellent timely fashion. 5 starsWe were moving our parents from Pasadena, CA to Washington, and Next Moving provided a fantastic service. Kathy was very responsive during the quoting process, which was really helpful as I had a few queries and decisions to make. They did a virtual estimate to figure out where the truck could go and how many movers I need, which I much appreciated as it meant they knew the layout of the driveway etc ahead of time, and no surprises after the job is done. During the move, the movers were friendly and very efficient, and I was impressed by how well they packed everything into the truck, utilizing all the space. 5 starsWe recently moved house along importing some items from home. I can only speak highly of the service they provided in both the packing the house move service. We were fully packed and ready for the truck and the group made short work of moving us. They had a high work ethic and nothing was an issue for them. This is the first time I have used this service but if I move again I'll be contacting this crew.
