    The date of transaction was 1/25/24, I enrolled in a course and was accidentally charged both the full amount of the course of $744.00 and the monthly charge of $97.00 for a total of $841.00. I immediately asked to cancel the enrollment. I requested a cancellation the same day of 1/25/24,1/26/24,1/29/24,2/6/24 and 2/7/24. My request was ignored so I notified **** of America, and they gave me a temporary refund. I finally get a response saying that the school refunded me $744,00 but they will not cancel my course and refund me the $97.00. I would have to pay another $97,00 a month until September of 2024. I have documentation that I cancelled in the allotted time frame of a 2-day cancellation request, and they will not honor it. I am requested that I be refunded the $97.00 I paid and a confirmation that this course is cancelled, and I will never be charged again.

    Transaction date 10/28/2023 - purchased course for $396.00 Upon opening course I learned there was no actual curriculum or syllabus process. The person selling the course doesn't even teach the course, he has conversations with other professionals that do not actually teach any of the material. I inquired with the business about a refund - as the contents of the course do not reflect what was advertised and the person selling the course does not even teach anything. I was told the person answering the email did not have permission to complete a refund, but even after sending more emails, my emails were never passed on to someone who could help me. What was advertised was not what was in the course. This is not a discrepancy in learning style, it was misleading advertising and a course with no curriculum or actual teaching of the subject material.

    Reason for requesting refund-******************************************** I will not be able to do the course
    method of contacting Seller for refund--multiple emails--Seller has no way to contact via phone. I have tried to reach out via email addresses but NO response other than an auto-email saying that they received my email. I also completed the "contact" form on Seller's various websites, but have not received any specific response---not even a refusal to refund the amountto paypal.
