    I received an email notice on Sunday, December 18, 2022 @ ***** am from Arroyo Parkway Self Storage informing me that my January 1, 2023 storage fee due is ******** The storage fee for December 1, 2022 was ******** There was no notification of a proposed rent increase. All of the notices, including bills as well as holiday closures, from Arroyo Parkway Self Storage have been sent to me via my aol.com mailing address. There was a previous attempt by Arroyo Parkway Self Storage to raise my storage fee during the Covid Pandemic. They did raise my storage fee on January 1, 2022 to ******* from the previous amount of ******* that was paid during the Covid Pandemic.
