    They offered 2 bottles of zep floor cleaner for ***** on walmart.com but only sent me 1. They will not replace or refund my money even though I sent them the proof I should have had 2. Horrible customer service....ripped me off!

    CPO Outlets is very shady. I ordered a saw and wanted to cancel the purchase less than 6 hours later, but they refused to cancel the order and refund me. The order did not so yet and was not expected to arrive for over 7 days. They told me that i would need to accept delivery and request a return when it arrives. There is absolutely no reason that it could not be canceled before shipping has even been initiated. Bad Business!, stay away from them on Amazon!

    I bought a box of Kleenex supposed to be box of 48. So we got our box of one called them back and told us what we sent you what you got if you dont want it you send it back and we will refund your money. 11$ was the order when you look at all there pictures it is deceiving you have to read very carefully there are so many complaints on them doing this needs to be stoped they are stealing from people defrauding people we have the pictures and emails

    Falsely advertised a set of six, then only sent one item. They claim there was "some error" with the description. That would make the price $108 for a six pack of these bins. 4 years worth of ***************** still haven't fixed this "error". At this point, it's not an error, it's fraud. CPO outlet reviews show a history of false, inaccurate item descriptions on other items they sell as well. When a company accepts a credit card payment, they are entering into a contract, "oops, sorry" doesn't cut it. I will be contacting ************** the state attorney general and the federal trade commission to file a fraud/false ******************* gouging complaint.

    I tried ordering a saw for my land service business. The first order was cancelled before even being processed because there was a Box # in the second address line. I emailed the company and asked why I was not contacted before cancelling the order, and their response was it was the systems automatic response. They told me to place another order if I wanted! I placed another order because we need the saw and it was cancelled again even after correcting the address field. NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! THE DEALS ARE SO LOW BECAUSE YOU DON'T GET WHAT YOU ORDER, YOU DON'T GET ANYTHING!

    Order still hasn't been filled after 2 weeks. Have been e-mailing and calling - still no response. Have ordered from them in the past without much issue, this has been a terrible experience.

    Ordered some tools from CPO - took forever to arrive. Upon receipt I wanted to return them, so I called their customer service # during the working hours they stated. Going on my 4th day trying to reach someone, but each time their VM says their offices are closed. As well, there were 2 additional pending charges to my cc on 2 consecutive days after the purchase date. I never authorized those charges and am convinced they hit my cc to make $$ on the interest. Convinced they are running a oneway scam and to be honest - Im not even sure the tools I received are legit or fake. Super shady overall will never deal with them again. Stick with Big Box or a reputable shop like Tool Nut. Thank you.
