    I purchased the UltraElite package (8 sessions) 1/15/24 for $2,180. This is a lump-sum payment at the beginning of the training. This is speech training, so, in between classes, I would have homework to practice writing and speaking to prepare for a speech in the following session. I completed a total of 4 training sessions but their team frequently began rescheduling the training sessions at the last minute. Often when I am driving on my way to the session. They rescheduled our training sessions a total of 5 times. The dates they rescheduled were 2/10, 2/17, 4/13, 5/4, and 6/1. If I ever rescheduled, it was within their company guidelines, and gave ample notice. The last rescheduled date stated the session was pushed to 6/8 at 12:30 pm. Their scheduling software had a discrepancy and said it started at 11:20 am. I texted and called several times to point out this discrepancy but I didn't get a response. I went to the 11:20 session because I didn't want to possibly miss my session, and they didn't show up. I texted at 11:26 stating I was present and waiting. I called the scheduler at 11:31 am. I called the company's phone number at 11:41 am. This happened nearly 2 months ago and there has been no response to this day to try and resolve the issue.This was frustrating because of all the homework I did preparing and practicing between sessions. To get rescheduled while I'm on my way to class is extremely aggravating. Especially when I work a full-time job. A lot of my spare time was wasted.Summary: I purchased 8 sessions lump-sum. I completed 4 sessions. The company became unreliable in its scheduling and holding of sessions. They became non-responsive. Added frustration because my spare time was wasted. No effort was given by Elite Speech Coaching to remedy the problem. My order was not fulfilled.Requesting a full refund because my order was not fulfilled.

    This company is a speech coaching company, supposed to help you improve in public speaking. I paid $280+$140 in November 28 2021 for 3 classes (when I had ********, the owner, on the phone the other day, he said that I had paid for 4 classes but I know he allowed me to buy 3 classes only back then). I attended 2 of the classes and never scheduled the next ones but the issue is not here. Since then, they have been charging my credit card several times.1) On January 25 2022 - $140 - reimbursed me (so no issue here)2) On April 20 2022 - $360 - reimbursed me (so no issue here)3) On August 29 2022 - $320 - THE ISSUE IS HERE After getting that charge, I texted *****, he assistant who told me they would take care of it but never heard back from them. In the meantime, I filed a complain with AMEX who refunded me and ran an investigation. Last week, AMEX charged my card again, saying that they got a receipt from Elite Speech Coaching which justified my transaction with them but since the 1st time I paid them, I never allowed nor did any business with them.I spoke to the owner over the phone on Thursday Jan 19 and he justified by saying that I bought a 4 class package and that I did not attend the last 2 classes that I scheduled, that it is mentioned on his refund policy section of his website but I never scheduled these last 2 classes as I was not interested in getting their service anymore and never asked for any refund for what I had voluntarily paid back in Nov 2021. So basically, this company charges their clients a fee for a class which is normal but then, if you fail to attend something you had scheduled (again, I have never scheduled my last class or 2 classes), they charge you another $160 which is ridiculous. What I am looking for now is for the reimbursement of the amount they charged on Aug 29. Also I had asked ***** on April 24 to remove my credit card from their system back when they had charged my card for a 2nd time. Please see my messages sent. Thanks.
