    10 /2020 6 new tires were bought duraturn brand.they blew out 2 different times. Loss of 4 tires causing about ******. Damages On dually 1 ton f350 .after over 1yr. of calling and talking to the company handling the recall on the tires.sending pix,estimates they sent me to another company to start over again with pix and est. Finally 1/13/23 I got paid for loss of tires.called yc rubber ************ on 1/31/23 ext.123903 *********told her my whole story about time frame,tires,damages,poor response,refund for tires but not for damages.which they had said i would be covered.**** said she did not no why I was not paid for damages same time as tires. Said she look into it and get back to me soon.2 more months go by nothing.i called ************ disconnected.next called sedgwick the company I started with ref#******** they said no longer handing yc rubber acct.gave me the last contact they have ************ pasidina calf.****************************************************************. Repeated calls and voice messages no return response the date now is 6.12.2023 18 months since first started this ordeal.still out about ******. in damages,time,headaches very unhappy with this tire company.would never buy or recommend them to anyone.this would have been taking care of 18 months ago when I started this, they said at sedgwick they would have this rushed threw.what?Very poor business communications.just want paid for damages so we can move on.any help would be greatly welcomed.any ?
