Terrible company, terrible customer service, they legitimately dont read anything past the first line if you have a question or a problem and need to be handheld to solve your issues. Tons of convenience fees. I dont understand whats convenient about being forced to use their terrible service and website which often times doesnt even work

Read the other reviews too - this company is a scam. Every month, I am charged with $3 processing fee, $3 account maintenance fee, and a $1.50 statement fee. That's over 10% of my water bill in just fees! I am not sure how this company is still operating legally.

Quite literally a SCAM company. My landlord decided to start using them after I had already lived in the building for over a year. Now all of a sudden, Livable sends me a bill for over $100 a month for unknown utilities, even though I paid all of my utilities directly. They claim it's for "the lights in the lobby and the washer and dryer in the building" even though the washer and dryer also cost money. Truly the biggest scam. The customer service are the dumbest people I've ever spoken to and they will just tell you to talk to your landlord. And your landlord will tell you to talk to Livable. I literally moved out because I couldn't put up with just being charged over $100 a month for LITERALLY NOTHING. I can't believe I had to put up with it as long as I did. If you are looking at a unit and the landlord tells you they use Livable, RUN. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Hi ******, Im sorry to hear you didn't have a good experience with the service. Your property management company enrolled you and they determine which utilities are billed back. We can happily explain why certain utility charges are the amount they are but have limited information about your lease terms. Thanks,Livable Team

Our family loves Livable. The monthly statements show the actual utility total amount for each utility and the prorated break down of each.

I'm forced to leave at least one star. They deserve zero. This is the worst renter utility billing company there is.They provide zero visibility to the utilities the 'bill' for, their customer service reps seem to be pulled off of the street and have no knowledge of company policy nor protocol, and for any issues other than simply having your bill read to you, they require an account supervisor. These supervisors are never available, and always have to contact you back within ***** hours. And never make good on contact. Any property management or owners that employ livable should be avoided. Livable seems incredibly unstable as a company and I can see why people give them the label of 'scam'. If they haven't faced a class action lawsuit yet, I have no doubt they will soon.
