    On 10/26/24, I purchased a game film and highlight reel package from NextPro in the amount of $299 for my son's Lacrosse Tournament Legends Fall Faceoff in *****, ** on 10/27/24. Per the account the game film would be available by 11/7/24. It was not available on 11/7/24, I gave it a few more days and it was still not processed so I emailed the company on 11/13/24 asking why the film was not available. I received an email from the company stating "the footage for your games was deemed corrupt due to faulty equipment. As our way to show our sincerity for this situation, we will issue you a full refund AND additionally provide you with free film for an extra event for this fall or in 2025 of your choosing" I have followed up with multiple emails inquiring when I can expect my refund to which I have only gotten the response that the refund request is still in queue with their billing team. They do not have a contact number listed on their website to call and speak to someone personally. Both my son and I were looking forward to having the game film and a highlight reel to send to prospective college coaches and they failed to deliver the product and are now failing to issue the refund for the product they could not produce due to their faulty equipment.

    I purchased a package on October 19, 2024 for a single user license to download *all* of the team games (for a single team) at the Club America Cup 2024. (Screenshot of the package details attached. URL I provided will take you to this order page.) The cost for the package was $299.10/19/24- I was sent an email with a link to Cup games for that team, but not all of the games were there. The final/championship game was missing. (supporting screenshots attached).After many back-and-forth emails, where they asked me for information I had already given them, where I told them the final/championship game was the whole reason I bought the package and I want a full refund, and many delays, I finally had to ask to speak to a manager. 11/9 - Three weeks after the purchase, they said I would receive a partial refund of $59.80 out of the $299 that I paid. I did not purchase the license for any of the games but the one that was missing. They did not fulfill their part of the agreement, which was that I would have access to "all" of the games for the team. If I could have purchased the download for a single game, I would have, but they did not offer it and instead forced me to buy the whole package that was to include all of the games. But they did not deliver what they said they would. I need a FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND of $299.

    I purchased game film for the Adrenaline Western Shootout 2024 lacrosse tournament held in ****************, **. Five games were played. However, I only received film for four games one of which was incomplete. I communicated with the company about this issue and a refund for one month to no avail.
