      I had my previous LifeSource for 19 years. It was still working but not like I remember. I spoke to Alison and explained my dilemma, and after a brief discussion, I decided to upgrade my system and replace the old unit. I immediately felt and tasted the difference. I was in a bad situation with back surgery planned, and Alison was able to get the old system removed and replaced with the upgraded new filtering system days before my surgery. This was an excellent decision on my part and a great process to get everything done with no problems, issues, or complaints. It could not have gone smoother. I must admit that I was about 15 minutes late for my appointment at home due to an auto accident on the way. The installer waited for me and did an outstanding Job. I am very pleased.
