    I made a reservation to stay at Sun outdoors, Paso Robles Cava Robles RV resort for October 24-28, 2024. On September 4, 2024 I had to cancel the reservation. While canceling the reservation, I was told the refund could only go to the charge card the reservation was made on. Unfortunately, that card had been compromised due to fraud and was canceled. Therefore, I was told that they must send me a physical check in the mail. As of today, December 3, 2024 I have not received a check. I have called dozens of times. The one and only time I was able to speak to someone, Hannah Shaw, I was told that my check and that of 10 others had been sent to the wrong address and that the employee responsible have been terminated. She further told me that they were working on sending out new checks. Several weeks later I tried to contact them again to no avail. I left voice messages and sent emails repeatedly. I then received an email from Julie Hill the manager of Cava Robles RV resort and was told that they were working on the issue with their corporate office and they would get back to me soon. I have still not received any information or my refund. Today I again tried to contact Julie Hill at least a dozen times. I finally made it through after being transferred from their reservation line only to be placed on hold then somebody picked up the phone and immediately hung up. No one from Sun Outdoors or Sun Communities will return my call or tell me the status of my refund. I am being ignored and abused.
