I ordered 2 hoses from the website on 3/24/24. I received email showing the order confirmation. I re eived a call from vintners on 3/25 stating the order was ready to ship, but now I needed to pay more money. I called back and explained that I have an email confirmation from the company showing tje cost. The man said he would have his boss call. I never received a call from manager. I then emailed on 3/27 as I received an email with tracking # in 3/26. The email reply was that Ups missed the pickup. I emailed back again and then I get a call from company on 3/27 saying they wanted to charge me more as the internet has a glitch on price. I explained that there was already a pending charge on my bank and the hoses were never shipped. The man said he would have his boss call me. I waited again then the man called and left a voice mail stating they were not going to ship nor honor the price and he was going to cancel my order. Now my business project is held up as vintners will not honor the price their own website showed. I also received and email showing they cancelled the order without my approval. They only wanted to waive the ups ship charge and not honor the price stated when I placed order
