    Julio (owner of good fellas handyman. Came to my house to diagnose my dryer. When he completed his inspection he said I needed a coil pack $43.54 and dryer thermistor $43.94 also charged me to install it ahead of time 30 min charge $ 60.00. I had agreed to the initial charge of $75.00 to come and make the diagnosis. 4-2-25 I texted him asking if the parts had come in. He said the were coming that day. He asked if he could come at 10am tomorrow and I said yes. At 5:15 pm he confirmed with a text that we were still on for 10 am tomorrow. 4-3-25 at 8:28 am he texted saying his daughter was giving birth and could you come tomorrow at 10 or later today that day? He then decided it would be best to schedule for tomorrow at 9am. I got a confirmation that said he’d be there the next day at 9:10 AM. At 10:07 4-4-25 He texted me, saying his shop vac was supposed to be in at 1 PM and could he come later that afternoon? I told him he was supposed to be here at 9:10 AM. He apologize that his shop vac broke and couldn’t pick up the new one until after one. I told him he could’ve at least texted me to tell me and he said he thought he did but he accidentally sent it to another customer. I agreed to let him come later that afternoon. At 4:16 PM. I texted him and asked him if he was coming or not. He apologized said he’s been so busy with his daughter that she locked her keys in her car now. and they were waiting for AAA to come. So we agreed to try again at 9 o’clock the following morning. 4-5-25. At 8:27 I received a text from his sister, explaining that he was not able to come and put the parts in because they didn’t come in. She gave all kinds of excuses of why he’s been so busy. Saying that he was stressed out. At that point, I was kind of done, and I said that I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I asked her to please refund my money, and but I just wanted my dryer fixed not to be part of their family drama.

    We have the right to refuse service to anyone that shows signs of aggressive behavior will not send technician out if customer is aggressive. No if ands or buts we have the right to refuse service.
