    I had a storage unit with this company. I called in July to inform the that I would be vacating the unit in August 10th 2024. They apparently made not of this. I vacated the unit on August 10th, 2024. The employee working in the office was aware that I was vacating the unit that day as I again confirmed in person thought I was. In late August, I saw a charge for the month of August on my card and I asked if it could be prorated. They told me that it could not that was fine. But then Two months later in October, I noticed that I have been charged for September and October. I called and spoke to a woman who confirmed that I had canceled and told me she would send reimbursement for the two months I have been charged. It is now November and I have a pending charge for the month of November and I still have not received reimbursement for September or October. I have left two messages that have not been returned and spoken to the office lady once but I have not received any phone calls and I have not received any reimbursements and they are obviously still charging me.
