      I would like a full refund for the last package that I bought. It's only fair considering you weren't taking good care of them while they were there and put them in danger by leaving them unattended with things that they could chew up and harm themselves with. If we don't resolve this here then I will be taking you to civil court and also including veterinary fees when needed

      It does look like she consumed something and for that I apologize. Both Lexi and Louie are known chewers and we have moved them into several different yards to make sure that they don't consume things. It looks like this one got past us and for that we are sorry. I will have my staff do a check of every lattice we have on property and make sure that they are not accessible to other dogs. I assure you that we are taking extra measures to inspect every corner of our facility to make sure that there are no potential hazards. With sometimes 50 dogs on property and several sets of eyes on every dog I'm sure you can understand how hard it is to watch every dog every single second of every day. All I can say is that we do our best and this just simply slipped by us.

      Yes, I will refund your $230 as soon as I get back into town (Friday). I'm sorry you felt you had to go to the Better Business Bureau to file a report. I hope you understand that it was never our intention to let Lexi ingest anything that she shouldn’t, just as it is never our intention to let any dog in our care experience harm of any kind. We take the safety and well-being of the dogs we look after very seriously, and we are truly sorry for this situation.
