    Kitchen countertops poor workmanship. The joint on kitchen island has separated. Underneath all counter tops unfinished, and not sealed properly. Two months now asking for repairs. Keeps putting us off.
    Furthermore, he (D**** ******) Owner is unprofessional, screaming on FaceTime multiple times. My health has been compromised (emotional trauma) due to his verbal abuse.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    We expect the underlying structure to be correct as well. As it stands the OSB plywood under the granite near the joint is protruding below the granite with a splintered edge. 
    Your own contractor that was out last week even stated that it was not done correctly.

    on July 19’. *** said she was happy.
