    Karrie was extremely proactive and helped me work through my order even after I had a couple last minute changes that I missed. She reached out to me to offer her services in the very beginning while I was still building the order on the website and was crucial in my order being correct. She made the entire process (which I’m new to) easy and I will be contacting her for any future projects.

    The team at construction windows was truly outstanding to work with. They gave me outstanding service and even followed up directly with Milgard to have a minor issue resolved for me.     I had a choice of many quality windows vendors, and I feel incredibly fortunate for having chosen Construction Windows. From beginning to end their communications and support on every level were fantastic. I had many, many issues with the windows (problems on the manufacturer's and/or delivery sides) and Construction Windows was there for me every second, going to bat higher and higher with the manufacturer as necessary to keep things rolling in a timely fashion. Once all of the initial problems had been handled, Construction Windows listened to my plea for compensation from the manufacturer and THEY took my ask and did the negotiating - having kept thorough records of all the problems and timeline - what an incredible value to me. I feel like I might have talked and/or emailed with just about everyone in the company over time, and each of them was so professional, knowledgeable, pleasant, and supportive throughout. This was far and away the best experience I've ever had hiring a company for work on my home in over 30 years and through many projects. Thank you SO MUCH, Construction Windows!
