    I have tried repeatedly to contact DAOU about a bad bottle of wine I purchased. I purchased this bottle for Thanksgiving guess. When I opened the bottle and poured a glass it had a film on top with particles in the film. It smelled bad and tasted very bad. This company wants to sell this wine but don't want to stand behind the product. The reason I'm filing this complaint is I can't reach them to tell them about it.
