      There should be a "Zero" star rating! I went in to ask about them receiving an online ordered firearm. The first person I talked to just kept saying yes they could do it but, I had to give the place that I was ordering it from the the e-mail of the shop and they would make all the arrangements for the delivery. I asked for the e-mail and the clerk told me to look it up on-line. I figured he was a family hire. So I went to another employee. This employee was standing at the end of the counter in front of a few rifles in a rack behind him. I asked him about one of the rifles be hind him, "It that rifle a **************? Never turning around, he said those are all .22's. I politely informed him that I was talking about a specific weapon and wanted to know if it was a Ruger *****. His answer while still not turning around was, "All the ones with a red sticker on them were Rugers." I described the weapon that I was inquiring about and told him that I wanted to know about that specific rifle and then he looked at me as if I was bothering him (that is when I saw him look down at the phone in his hand that he had been holding below the counter) then he said, "All the guns behind me are Ruger .22's. He then made a face like he had just bit into a rotten orange or something and finally looked at me. He evidently got distracted from his game and lost, which is what caused the nasty face. I felt that because of his non-specific answers he was new to firearms and so I asked him if he was new to the store or firearms. His answer was that he had a .22 at home. I reiterated my question about the specific rifle and indicated that I ws a little disappointed abut his answers. He said that what he had said, "I said that the Majority of the firearms on that shelf were Rugers." I informed him that he had "NEVER" said the word "majority" and walked away.

      This company has to be the worst gun company I have ever been to I can not stress this enough. The employees are by far the worst I ask for something and there is no information about anything wanted to purchase a non lethal self defense rubber ball gun and the guy ended up selling me the rong. One had to go out of my way to return it was not used and they ended up giving me a hard time saying that you can only receive store credit making me feel like I have to spend my money there with no choice I paid cash give me cash back just ridiculous the workers are the worst please don't ever ever ever shop and spend any money at ammo Brothers in ****** worst company ever there are better gun shops out there this place needs to be investigated on the skill level of their employees they should not be around or should they be giving any information on guns. Just the worst I will never shop here ever again they just lost a customer this ********************** brother's in ********* needs to rehire all their employees just the worst.

      I strongly advise considering alternative options before choosing to shop at Ammo Brothers. I had a close friend who purchased a shotgun without much knowledge about them, only to receive a damaged product. Unfortunately, neither the retailer nor Ammo Brothers showed any willingness to assist with repairs or facilitate a return. Once you acquire the weapon, it becomes your responsibility regardless of its condition, which raises ethical concerns.In the case of my friend's shotgun, which was a Mossberg, it had never been fired, yet the safety switch was broken. Repairing it would incur an additional cost of around a hundred dollars for a locksmith. The process of obtaining the shotgun alone took nearly six weeks. Despite numerous calls to management, it took persistent effort to convince them to take the weapon back for repairs, a process that could potentially extend for another month.This lack of responsiveness and accountability in customer service is disheartening. It feels like there's no recourse for consumers, creating a frustrating experience. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing Ammo Brothers and recommend exploring alternatives where the company stands behind the products they sell and values customer satisfaction.

      Any of our new firearms are warranted by the manufacturer, and we are only the retailer.  After a firearm has been delivered via a background check to a customer, that serial number is then registered to that customer, so simply exchanging for a different serial number is not legally possible.  We can certainly send the firearm back to the manufacturer to be fixed, however the length of time that the manufacturer takes to fix any issues is completely out of our hands.
