I had faced hatred and abuse from PostalAnnex in *********, *******, absolutely horrible treatment. For many months I had been paying for receiving zero mail at the mailbox rented through AnytimeMail and they had no problem taking my money for all this time I did not use their service. I needed some documents this year and had received 8-10 mail pieces over the course of 3 months. Their service was slow unless I called them, I requested a scan online and it still was not scanned after 5 days, when I called they were defensive and claimed I just requested it. I needed mail forward for very important mail, after getting sick while traveling alone. I've been in remote location and my phone often would not ring for incoming calls so I could not rely on callback. I tried to reach them for a day to get a quote on forwarding to no avail. I left a message, in the morning I continued calling, no one was answering. Finally a nasty, hateful, mean vicious woman answered the call. The proceeded to be abusive, talk over me, shut me down yell at me and stated she will shut down my mail box immediately "because I call them". To make it clear after 2 days of calling they answered once. Proceeded to say they got customers in the office and I should leave them alone, implying I was not a customer, she clearly showed I was a 2nd class person to her. I am an immigrant English being not my native language, I don't believe she'd talk this way to her "real customers" in her white town, so it was very clear to me where her abuse was coming from and illegal refusal of service which she did, being treated as a 2nd class citizen. The nasty woman even claimed I lied that I called the day before, while I have the call record. My recovery from illness went downhill after what I was subjected to and I got unwell with no one to help me. Horrendous hateful people. She shut down my mailbox right away, which had violated my civil rights. I used various mailboxes for 13 years never having such issue.
