    We signed up with their service from 03/2024 for our rental house in Manifee, CA. After we signed the agreement, they have been extreme slow on everything. We put $1500 into the account and it's gone in a week. After we called and asked for break down, they finally came up with some invoice break down. Over $700 should be charged from previous tenant which as property management service they should get this money from the previous tenant, they just charged us! We should have one month deposit and one month rental payment after new tenant moved in. So far we only received deposit and that is not in full. We called and asked for detail, till today I haven't heard anything from them yet!!! Also they should take care of the *** citation, we forward the *** email and haven't heard from they either. We paid management service to avoid headache but this horrible service only makes everything worse. Just one month after the service I have already feel I has been scammed. They are not BBB accredited, I still want to posted something here to let other people know what you are dealing with!

    even the tenant has admitted . 100% of the reason why the ac was not fixed is because the owner refused to fix it. we are the "managers" not the "owners". 1> we did notify the owner once we got the work request. 2> the estimate to replace the ac was over what the owner was willing or able to pay. this happens often when the owners dont have 7000 to 15000 to replace old ac units unfortunately. 3> the tenants are fully aware that any repairs must be approved by the owners . once that is done ,the repairs are done promptly. i do understand the tenants frustration. however since i dont pay the ac replacement , i cant get the work done. the owners are also shopping around for the best deal they can get . add that on the the heat wave and all the ac companies are full with work orders . that makes it even harder to get anyone out there . they are booked for months . in this case the owner did not want to fix it and now im getting the bad review. the tenant knows who the owner is and instead of placing the blame where it should belong , they decide to put it on my website."
    I left his review back to me because it kind of shows his character a bit.
    They will yell at you over the phone too.
