    ??WARNING ?? When thinking of renting this hall be advised ; have the owner itemize all charges and read the contract with The owner present prior to signing or giving any type of ********** was to our great regret to have put our trust that the contract would be honored, and there would be no unexpected or added charges. Once the contract was signed, and a deposit was given the owner disclosed that there would be several separate charges such as: charge for using electricity for a live band $450. When our intentions of having a live band were disclosed at the initial meeting and the owner failed to inform us of such fee. As time went on, she also disclosed there would be a fee if we brought in our own cake vendor and for distribution of cake and clean up, fee if the band took too long to disconnect, fee if we wanted salsa with our meals. Its of very low ethical standards to have a contract that does not disclose all or possible fees. Its very deceitful to have conversations with the owner about our plans and intentions and for her to never disclose the extra fees that would apply to our specific wants and needs. Once these concerns were addressed the owner failed to answer text and calls. Once she was finally reached her response to our concerns to the added fees was to go back and read the contract regarding no reimbursement for the deposit given. However, she wont hold herself accountable for not disclosing the extra fees mentioned above that are never mentioned in said contract. With that said the owner seems to only honor her contract to what best benefits her and not the client. The lack of communication, business ethic and integrity is disappointing beyond belief!

    ZERO STARS!
    I originally booked Emerald Hall with Esmeralda ******o for an event in 2019, we were unexpectedly hit with the beginning of the Covid19 pandemic. The event was at first postponed and then eventually cancelled due to the ongoing pandemic. I asked for a refund since the event was canceled due to an event that was out of my control, to which she refused. I took matters into my own hands and filed a small claims suit. The court ruled in my favor and I was granted the sum of ~$5000 to be paid in full by Mrs. *******. This ruling was issued in August of 2021. She has not paid any amounts towards this total and all efforts to get her to abide by this ruling has been unsuccessful. Mrs. ******* has been blatantly avoidant going as far as to circumvent any attempts at contact (blocking phone numbers, hanging up phone calls, avoiding process servers when they arrive at her residence).
