    There has been poor service and significant increase in bill since February 2024. I called in November for billing and technician. Technician was sent but increased bill was not addressed as it was noted I was not available for promotion. In February called to pin number mention bill again was told not available for promotion. Finally it is April bill is high and still not working well as internet lags speed is slow. So switch to Frontier and had installed on April 5th. Called 4 18th to cancel service was sent to resolution and was offered $50 dollars a month when asked what ******** was offering. After the fact that service and quality was over priced for a substantial the final bill through May 5th is yet another 5 dollar increase due to promotion. The people on the phone were not helpful and noted that I should have called back multiple times to get the right person and help needed versus having a reasonable offer presented a long time ago. My bill has been unreasonably high with poor service for an extended amount of time. I am asking for a 70 dollar credit from November when I first called and eliminating last bill. $70*6 months and 114 from last bill.

    I currently am a Spectrum /Charter Communications customer who has received nothing but incorrect answers, false advertising, and rude customer service representatives (reps.) who obviously have no idea what their job is. Over the past two (2) months I have easily spent 10 hours of my time talking to multiple customer reps with awful training.I had one rep ***** me a free Mobile then transfer me without telling me to another division who said I did not qualify. I had one rep say he would credit last months bill just to be told by a supervisor today that that rep was wrong.I had a field tech come out to fix a **** issue who didnt speak English spent hours at my home making me get off the internet and losing my work time as I work remote; to not even fix the issue that he was called out for.Had another field tech come in who still was unable to fix the problem AND I was charged 65$ when once again I was told otherwise.Your customer service is the WORST that I have ever experienced. Ive wasted my own valuable time and my blood pressure goes thru the roof each time I speak to someone at spectrum. Phone calls never last shorter than two (2) hours. I will be cancelling your service and will be notifying my entire community of the awful experience at spectrum.

    I am not liable for this debt with Charter Communication for you. I do not have a contact with qualia collection serv. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.
