I have a small condo I rented out. My tenant left march 8th and she had Wi-Fi equipment hardwired to my living room wall and down a two story building to the ground. She had no authorization to modify the property. I attempted to contact Calix as that is the name on the equipment, but there is no direct phone. You get a drop down form from calix.com which I filled out at least five times requesting a technician remove the devices installed and pick up their equipment but they dont respond. This company had no right to do this without knowing who owned the property. The tenant finished the lease and left a false forwarding address. I want them to fix my wall after they remove their installation. They are impossible to reach. I dont know how a company is allowed to have services without a way of getting a response. They need to fix this problem. I dont want their equipment sitting in my living room. I just want them to remove it.
