    Not reliable. ***** came to ** interested in helping clean vacation rentals. I had someone going on vacation so assigned Magic cleaning service a weeks of houses to clean. She arrived to the first house confused how to get in even though we spent numerous times going over instructions with our software and app that has all of the information. Instead of contacting anyone she left and did not clean. I also referred ***** and magic cleaning service for a move out clean. She quoted and charged for 8 hours of time and spent about 5 hours and the home owner had to get someone else to come back to finish because it was not clean or ready completely.

    Thank you so much Magic Housekeepers! I was so happy with the cleaning job your crew did. I 110% recommend this company. They are great at their job and really pay attention to detail. I was so happy to come home to a sparkling clean home for a good price too. Thank you again so much!!
