    I ordered a mPulse 60" x 30" 1 on May 18, 2023 for $216 under order WORKRITE-10773-8799. On the same day, I confirmed with a representative on the same day that the desk would be sent with a white top. No issues of the order were ever mentioned. On May 19, I received an order acknowledgment with a ship date of 5/25. However, on May 23, I received communication that, "due to a technical glitch on our web store a discount code was inadvertently accepted on the items that you have ordered. Unfortunately, we cannot accept your order with the additional discount and your order has been canceled."I purchased the desk in good faith, expecting to receive the product at the advertised price considering I spoke with the representative and no mention of a glitch was ever brought up when I called in. Canceling the order feels like a breach of trust and a failure on the part of Workrite to take responsibility for its own error.I made purchasing decisions based on the anticipated delivery of the desk. The cancellation disrupted plans and caused a major inconvenience.I expect clear communication, transparency, and a fair resolution to the issue. This was not handled professionally.
