    I ordered a 3 month subscription. One. That's it. It automatically signs you up for recurring payments and subscriptions. After the first month was delayed and arrived melted, I asked to cancel. I was informed via email that they can't do that. I was just charged for another 3 months. You have to physically go to their website and explain why you want to cancel. $200 for 9 edible macaroons is ridiculous.

    I had ordered from this company before and liked their macarons so I ordered them for a friends birthday - two different orders. They both arrived completely melted and inedible. They used nothing in the packaging to keep them cool. When I ordered, I just went with the shipping option that came up automatically. My friend contacted the company by email (their phone number doesnt work) and they responded with a snarky email that blamed her for supposedly leaving them in the mailbox too long and me for not choosing faster shipping. They claim dry ice does nothing. They said they had a freshness guarantee but never shipped a replacement. They wanted me to pay for expedited shipping when their product arrived ruined. Why do they offer anything but expedited shipping on their site? If regular shipping will ruin the product in the summer, dont offer it!! Expedited shipping probably would not even matter, as they dont even use a cooling pack in the box. They were rude and snarky - not the least bit apologetic or trying to make it right. I am out the money I spent on two orders and my friend received nothing. This company is unethical. Buy your macarons elsewhere! When I reviewed the two orders separately on their site (because they were separate orders that both arrived ruined), they had the nerve to accuse me of trying to manipulate their ratings. I dont even see my reviews on their site anymore. They never responded to the emails I sent asking them to ship the replacement. Horrible people and company - such a shame because their product is good when it doesnt arrive melted. Will NEVER buy from them again. Definitely buyer beware!

    I placed an order Feb 22 and it never was sent. The email response stated that was odd Ill resend the order this week. Ive got the same response twice now- its 3 & 1/2 weeks later and I still have nothing- no product or refund!

    Would give zero stars if I could.Do not buy from this company, questionable quality and questionable practices. I got my wife a six-month subscription for Mother's Day - half of the six months arrived stale, or smashed, but admittedly the others were decent. However, the subscription renewed with zero warning. When I contacted the business less than 12 hours after the credit card got charged, they claimed there was no way to cancel the renewal despite not having shipped or generated any product as a result of the sale. They obviously didn't respond and now I'm stuck with six more months of a service I wasn't intending to renew. This is an absolutely terrible way to run a business; instead of getting a bit of my business for a long time, theyll never get another cent out of me ever again.

    But elsewhere. Be warned!
    This company has deceptive marketing tactics- and terrible customer service!
    I Made a purchase for a set of 48 pink macaroons for $89 macarons as a gift for my daughter's 18th birthday. Then immediately afterwards the site pops up a message about a discount if you purchase more.... I clicked to see what it was about and it placed a second order WITHOUT my permission. They offer contact information and I IMMEDIATELY emailed and texted about the issue and they ignored me and shipped anyway....reached out a few more times and their customer support is non existent-now I’m stuck with an extra order I DID NOT APPROVE.
