  I would like to start with putting this truth out *************** you can stop worrying and be at peace, because **** is THE MOST trustworthy, experienced, organized, and passionate person I have ever met when it comes to taking care of you and your estate. She has done the impossible for me and my family when I inherited my parents packed property located 2-3 hours away from me. She took all of that stress, tension, worry, and overwhelmed sickness and not only did a phenomenal job at clearing it all out, but she succeeded in sale earnings at an astounding level in record time. The most incredible things she has given me is my time and sanity back that I would have lost doing it all on my own.She knows exactly what to do with whatever condition the home is in and my parents home was absolutely filled to the brim with stuff. It would have literally taken me a minimum ***** years while I juggle a full time job and father 2 young kids to go out there when possible and sort and get rid of all of it.When I handed the home off to ****, she sorted everything, staged everything, appraised everything, marketed everything and sold everything in 1 WEEK. She worked until 2-3am sometimes getting it done when some of her team was sick and couldnt help. She pushes herself hard and I truly believe this is her calling to serve others and those going through enough in grief. I am so glad to of found her and trust her with everything because you will NOT be disappointed. She is a passionate hard working business owner and she cares so much for even those who dont reciprocate it back.I love that I have made a friend forever through this and I absolutely cannot recommend her enough for anyone needing a property and estate taken care of. Not only is she fast and efficient, but she makes you as much money as possible and she doesnt charge any extra flat rates no matter how impacted the home is with stuff. 35% of all proceeds is just a steal.I would refer her to everyone.

  After the first sale day my friend went home and the front gate was left unlocked and the back gate was wide open. the screen door was gone and the house open,called **** and got no response, waited for an hour but no workers showed up.The second day the neighbors said that one of the workers was out back cutting parts off of cars.I went to check it out. **** was nowhere to be found. The house and garage were a complete free for all. Stuff and been pulled out and dumped all over the ground and no workers around. In back of the property two guys were loading a flatbed truck with $1000's in car parts. I asked how much did they sale the parts for, he got real defensive and said it's none of my business. Then I noticed a sawed off catalytic converter in the back of his truck. I asked him about it and he said none of my business. I called my friend and was asked to wait. When I got back to the front gate. All the workers were closing up and making last minute sales. They said the sale was over. I said if the sale is over the comic books and items in the glass case need to be given back to the owner and not taken off the property. So the worker gave the glass case to the same guy with the catalytic converter. And he was trying to leave as the home owner got there. The worker was asked to give back the stuff before he left. They said they had to take ****** stuff out of the case first. The owner of the house said let's wait for ****. We waited for over an hour and **** didn't show. So when she did show up she just handed the keys and said I will send a check. She doesn't care if her people steal she did not even acknowledge the theft. There is ****** worth of stuff missing from the house and property and **** said she only got $12,000 so either she pocketed the extra $8000 plus her fees or she let her people steal $8000 worth of stuff. Out of $****** worth of stuff gone my friend only made $7,400. That is bad business . On top of that the place was left trashed
