    I purchased appliances from Lowes in Gilroy on July 30, 2022. The items are available but I have yet to receive them due DSI Logistics Delivery company not providing enough staff to deliver the items. There have been 3 deliveries attempts and the company refuses to send a 4 man team to deliver items to a second floor home. Over the course of the past month I've spoken with Lowes numerous times about the issue. Most recently I spoken to a store manager named **** at the Gilroy Lowes location on August 21st about the issue and yet I still have not received my appliances. As I write this I'm currently awaiting for my purchased items to be delivered on August 27, 2022 for a third time. On Saturday August 27th I spoke with a store manager about the issue. DSI Logistics is not providing effective and efficient delivery services. Customers are not receiving their purchased items in the agreed upon time. I believe Lowe's and DSI Logistics has stole money from me because I have yet to receive my purchased items.
