    On March 21, 2022, I purchased two tickets to the ********* Festival via this promoter in the amount of $347.24. I purchased VIP tickets because of what was promised in the VIP package. This was extremely important to me ******************************************************************** Promised at the time of purchase was the ability to bring your own chair and water, *** restroom access, A week prior to the event ********* said the ability to bring chairs and water was no longer allowed. I began emailing, texting, and calling for more information. Others via social media also started questioning why in fact we were paying for VIP when things they promised were no longer being offered. I also contacted the City ************* in regards to non compliance to *** rules. On the day of the event no chairs were allowed. They did not provide enough seating in the VIP section, which we paid extra for, to accommodate all attendees. There was *********** specific restroom available in the area and the promised water stations turned out to be one station located about quarter a mile from the "VIP" area. Due to these factors we were not able to do more than walk in, stay for less than a couple hours and leave. As I said, *************************** and a ******* date scheduled. The second person******* and has very limited mobility so standing for hours was not something we paid for or expected. Had we been allowed to bring our own seating as previous stated this would not have been an issue or had enough seating been provided it would not have been an issue. Short time I was there I did try and make contact with employees but they could not give us any answers or assistance. Shuttle service was not even properly running to and from the event as promised. This event took place on August 20, 2022. I attempted to contact them the week prior when they changed the venue rules. This is the very definition of bait and switch.
