    I purchased a **** ****************** Back in November of 2022. I received it an it was *********** contacted **** customer service about ********* it under ********** they informed me they were sending me a *********** It might take 4 weeks. After 6 weeks I did not receive my replacment.I again contacted ****.they said they were sorry for the delay.they had ******* it already, an sent me a ******** number for usps. The shipping label said a label was created waiting for the ******** A month later if you check the ******** number it still says waiting for ********* have contacted **** many times an now they refuse to reply.I want my replacment light/ camera

    We are in receipt of the referenced complaint. The information provided by the consumer is correct. We spoke with them several weeks ago and agreed to send a replacement. Our records show the replacement was shipped first class mail by USPS on 11/21/2022. A search of the tracking number for that shipment indicates the USPS has either delayed shipment or it has been lost. We received another call from the consumer on 11/28/2022. We are contacting them directly to resolve this problem by sending another replacement once we confirm the USPS cannot locate the last replacement shipment.

    **** only responded to me 1 time to show a usps tracking number. After a month of the tracking number showing waiting for package.I contacted **** asking what is going on usps still shows waiting on you to drop off the package.that's when **** started ignoring my messages. My last message to **** said do I have to contac the BBB to get something done.**** still ignored me. So I filed my complaint with BBB. I won't believe **** until my replacment is delivered to me.

    As noted earlier, it is clear the shipping company has either misplaced or lost the replacement shipment. We left another message on 12/2 and have not received a return call at this time. To resolve the consumer complaint, we are expediting the second replacement shipment. The customer may contact our customer service department for the new tracking information on or after 12/7.

    I purchased **** ********** at ***** on *********** I installed it that day. The light worked but would not record due to the light not recognizing the included *** ** ** card. I fromatted the card several times, removed and reinserted it but it would not work. Initially I filled out a ticket with support and they told me the card need formatted although I informed them I did that. I responded as they asked and they never replied.
    Filled out several more tickets. Over and over again they ask for the same information, date purchaed, wher purchased, receipt etc. I respond with the requested information only to never hear from them again. I see they dont think people are ******* ****** on *** but I am smart enough to put an ** card from my camera in the floodlight and it works fine. Faulty SD card. Seems pretty simple. Ive been opening tickets for over a week with no progress.

    We spoke with the consumer and agreed to send a replacement SD card, which was shipped on 11/4/2022. We now consider this matter closed. They consumer may contact us again at any time if they need additional support.

    Purchase to grow bulbs which were defective. ********** would not replace. Purchase two more from different store. Brought them back to ********** ********** stated caring merchandise anymore was on clearance. Called manufacturer customer service. Man on the phone extremely rude. Woman called me from manufacturer pretending to want to help made a case promised refund then email me with a different story forcing more bulbs on me. I have one ****** I moved to ******* with from *** ******* my ****** is 4 ft high and 50 years old I keep one light bulb on it over the winter and keep a spare just in case. I do not need two more bulbs I would like my *** return to me I have been a good customer of this company and enjoy their light bulbs and I do not wish to be treated like this

    We are contacting the consumer to resolve the problem referenced in the complaint. Our printed warranty policy states that if a product is defective or fails before the rated lifetime, we will, at our option, send a replacement. This is precisely the reasonable solution that our customer service team proposed. However, the consumer insists instead that we reimburse the price they paid at the retail store. We are contacting them for a final resolution and will consider this matter closed once we have spoken.
