    Poor design concerning the straps that hold topper to mattress. Straps keep coming off mattress and keep mattress from staying in place.Not really satisfied with Subrtex customer service.Want me to return for refund. Impossible due to size . Do not have the equipment to compress to size it was delivered as.

    Zero complaints, we bought Subrtex memory foam mattress topper, the first MF wed had and we are normally plush people. Our first night we were shocked at how comfortable it was. Thinking how much BETTER WILL IT BE if we add another 3 to it?! it was better without it!That said, this product is stellar! It expanded to what Id call sleepable (no creases or hard compacted parts) in about 3-4 hours? Zero smell to it.1 king = 2 twin xl so i sliced it down the middle and put 1/2 on the guest room and 1/2 on my 14yos bed. Double win! Everybodys happy!

    This mattress topper is absolutely amazing! I wish I hadnt waited so long to get it! Ive only had it two nights, but i havent woken up once during the night either night! Highly unusual for me! Because of that, I feel better and less tired during the day. It supports your body, but doesnt feel like you are sinking in. Other people have mentioned an odor, but I had zero odor issues. We have a very good sleep number mattress, and its only a few years old, but this topper makes it the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Im going to order one for our guest bedroom just so when we have occasional guests, they are super comfortable too!

    I purchased the ******** PU Leather Stretch Sofa Cushion Cover from Subrtex home decor, but it turned out to be smaller than expected. I reached out via email to request an exchange or return, only to receive a response offering a $10 refund if I keep the product. However, I'm unable to use it and strongly desire to return it. Despite sending multiple emails, I haven't received any replies, making it impossible for me to return the product.
