    I waited with 2 other students for about an hour a half for our instructor to show up! We found out that it got canceled on the same day when we were supposed to have our clinical! ************************* the Support Specialist excuse was because she had on vacation and thought she had sent us the notification that it had gotten canceled! She ended up telling us it was because there was not enough students that finished their modules and that's why it was postponed! This is a horrible reason due to the fact that we as students paid to finish this program by a specific time we were given!This was our original date for clinical but got a email the same day of a new undated date for clinicals!This incident is with the billing department when I was told I could pay ahead of time but once I put money into my card they charged the two times that I already paid ahead for until the given date of the next payment! I even confirmed with them!This incident is with an instructor that was quite traumatizing!Lastly I had use a credit card to pay for the course. They are trying to refund me into the card but unfortunately need it with a check due to the fact that my card has a limit and I want be able to receive the full refund if done this way!I want a refund and compensation within everything I sent within the program due to the fact that I was not given what I had payed for within the program and was even degraded and belittled by the instructor and she even did something considered battery and assault twice within one day! They are making this refund super difficult! They had made this whole process and program super horrible and traumatic!
