    We booked through hotels.com, we got to the Inn around 10 pm on 7/24/24. The people in the office said our room was not available and we had to go some where else, they said hotels.com cancelled our reservation. He recommended another hotel a mile away. We called hotels.com and they said they never cancelled. They out of no where offered us a temporary room, we took it because we were exhausted from driving 8 hours and it was midnight by then. The manager/owner, promised us our King bed the following day and we accepted because of exhaustion. The room smelled and it had stains on the carpet.
    The next day we finally got into our new room and it’s a queen, not a King like we booked. We asked hotels.com to give us a discount because of the downgrade and they said they would work on it.
    I decide to take a nap and I find blood in my sheets. I go to the office and ask them for new ones. They changed them.
    We are checking out and the guy from the office attacks me and says I was looking to get a free room and he is not giving me a discount. He was aggressive and attempted to intimidate me.
    As we were leaving, they were throwing away all the pillows from the rooms. I find that weird after our complaint.
    The worse experience of my life!
