    We have always had a great experience with Beach Bums. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to help me decorate the home I rented and recommended local eateries and things to do with my teens. Thank you guys for everything.

    If you ask for anything that does not directly increase their profits they treat you like your crazy ignore your request and hope you will just leave them alone.
    On second attempt It is guaranteed If you have an issue outside of making a payment you will be treated like your stupid and ignored this is office policy. These people have No business in property management if they were ever to manage property they would have to call in a property manager and pass the added costs to the owner / renter. These ladies refuse to leave the office and even then the effort is minimum.
    I asked to have overgrown citrus Fruits removed as they bring pests. They had a landscaper with a chainsaw remove a bunch of branches making trees taller and fruits harder to reach. They and their landscapers refused to remove fruits. They refuse to manage the property. Now the problem will persist and the charges will be passed to guests and owners. And still nobody will remove the nuisance fruits. If I am unhappy as a neighbor I can move they would rather have raccoons and opossums rats mice and flies the mold and mildew before they take responsibility and remove rotting fruits from a property nobody lives at because its their rental. It's not part of anyone's job description so the fruits are just left in the trees to feed pests. Asking them to manage the situation is out of their scope of skills.

    I rented a place for a lot of money and the house had holes in the walls everywhere and on the floor in the kitchen and the kitchen smelled like pee it was gross. I told beach bum about the issues and just got a thank you and that’s it for the price I paid for the rental I expected a lot better.
