    I arrived to the store at 10am which was the posted time the store was supposed to open. I had made a purchase the day before and talked to an employee about possibly needing to make an exchange first thing the next day if the items did not fit. After 30 minutes of waiting for the store to open I tried to call corporate who did not help me in any way. At about 10:40 2 employees walked to the door and I asked if they were opening now. The employee told me “we are short staffed and will open at 11.” She closed the door and locked me out. I called the store which the employee answered and told me she was not allowed to clock in to work before 11 because it was manually changed that way. I was frustrated because these items I was supposed to use in the next hour and did not have time to wait to make the exchange and make it to the destination I needed to be. I requested to speak to a manager which they informed me they did not have a general manager and the district manager was on vacation. The email they gave me for the district manager bounced back. I have been trying to call corporate for some help about this but no one will give me any information on who I can talk to about this. Corporate told me to go to Nike instead.
