    In September of 2024 *************** *********, owner of America's Automotive agreed to put a used engine into my 2009 ****** Impreza for an agreed rate of $ ****** for the labor and $ ******** for the engine. He also agreed to fix my 2015 Prius C which had a blown head gasket which we initially paid him $ ****** for. Six months after giving him the money and after numerous promises to fix both cars, i got my Impreza back with a blown engine and my Prius C won't start now after getting it back and it sitting 24 hours. He told me to reach out if we have any issues and now he has disappeared, won't answer any messages or calls and has conveniently moved his shop. He wouldn't give me any receipts for any of the exchanged money yet i have messages where he said he would refund me. Just want to put it out there that this man is illegally taking money and not doing the work promised for no invoice means no taxes!

    Brought one of my cars into Santos shop to get some work done..I asked for a price and a deadline to when the work was going to be finished.. I was told 3 weeks.. So far its been a long exhausting 1year 1/2 and the work is still not doneAt the point Ive received very little call backs most of the calls were coming from me trying to find a solution 98% of the payments were paid upfront.. I was recently told by one his workers that theres a lot of same day car work going on and other cars are being stacked up with no one working on them..I was also told that the shop owner has had a customer car for over 11 years..At this point my calls are being ignored and the shop has not been open approximately for the last 4-5 days..

    Taller *********, sorry to listen about the complain. first our name is wrong in the letter it says Santos Auto Repair, we are trying to see which car is and in our record I cant not find any call, but be assured that now we are in what ever it need to be done to fix this problem.
