    I've been coming here for years and this is very disappointing to have to write this review. Flo (owner) refuses to own up to what she did to my hair. I booked for medium knotless braids(as always) and this is the result (see photos). My PARTS are huge with small braids which's made my hare look thin and not ******* hair looks rushed! I expressed that to Flo and her response was very disappointing as if I'm on the wrong . I asked for partial refund or her to fix my hair she refused so now we are here. I will not be going back and I'm taking all of the people I've sent to her. She's not willing to take accountability for her actions. I would not recommend anyone go to this shop if you want your hair looking a mess. I paid $300 for this!!

    I got my hair done here the person I booked with is the owner *** however when It was time to do my hair she assigned someone else. I was upset she also told me what kind of hair to get for the leave out a they also provided hair. The hair I was told to get was wrong had to cut out my head next day , the braids actually took out my hair. I have no edges. I put review on yelp with pic. She said they dont give refunds but will give me refund half service.. she just said that just to say never sent the refund. When I text she got defensive n basically no accountability even seeing the pictures. I want my money back ALL
