I've been a satisfied customer for many many years. ********************** technicians are always personable, knowledgeable, friendly, and neat and tidy. They are competent, efficient and always answer all my questions, including helping me understand The ins and outs of HVAC. I highly recommend them.

Terrible! Initially they were polite and competent. After the diagnostic, their service and compentency rapidly declined. Poor communication. A part was required and ETA. It was made clear we were in need of the repair or an ETA in order to plan for the heat. After we initiated contact, they said it might arrive that day, a Friday, for repair on Sat or Mon. The part was in and they sched, Saturday. A different servicer arrived than 1st. He tinkered w/ A/C unit for ~1.5 hr then said he had the wrong part. He also killed the unit leaving us w/ zero A/C amidst a heat wave. He failed to ensure it was running as was prior to service. The office was closed and couldn't speak to anyone else. A text message was sent w/ response late Mon morning. Later, they called LM that they had info that they needed to get to us. Upon return call, they told us that there is an addtnl part required and it needs to be ordered from 3rd party vendor. We went from the wrong part to an addtnl part. Then they said that the they needed to send a tech to take measurements. This should've been done on the Sat failed repair job and is a far cry from having the wrong part. It really doesn't seem like this tech knew what he was doing which is likely why we now have zero A/C. When asked why it wasn't done on Sat. they said he couldn't get the part off the unit to get the info. Makes one wonder if this tech is actually qualified to do unsupervised work. This also raises questions as to whether they'll even be able to complete the repair after waiting however long from a 3rd party vendor and a company that doesn't communicate well. Rather thsn deescalating the sit, the rep was disrespectful and terminated the call when she didn't feel like listening to her customer's frustration. The other rep was more polite but he had no helpful solutions or answers. Do not trust these people! Just excuses and attitude as if customers work for them rather than vice versa.

******, we apologize for your confusion. As we tried to explain over the phone, by text and numerous phone calls which were never returned, your unit is very old. We were called out for a diagnostic on an R-22 condenser that was making noise and leaking oil and sometimes stopped working. We recommended replacing the unit due to R-22 no longer available. You chose to replace the fan motor. We ordered a fan motor right after our visit on Wed, it arrived on Fri and we had an Installer out on Sat on OT to install it for you. The fan motor was an aftermarket and needed to be cut down, which we didn't know until he tried to install it. We attempted several times to verify whether you wanted the original fan motor part to be ordered, 2 week turn around, or to cut down **************** part to get you up and running. We needed to measure the existing fan motor if you chose to order the manufactured part. Your husband was supposed to call us back yesterday after he spoke to you. We still have not heard back from him. My Dispatchers do not have to deal with customers screaming at them and being disrespectful. We are still waiting on standby whether we need to order the *** part. Even after that part is installed, there is no warranty it will work. The unit needs to be replaced. Please let me know what you decide.
