    I Call Big O Tires yesterday and ask them how much it would cost to change a battery they gave me a quote of $350,00, The next day I called them back to check that they had the right size and get a quote. He gave me the same quote o $350.00. I arrived and he gave me the quote of $350.00 again after checking his computer for my make and modle. He then went to my car with one of his coworks who he said would be changing my battery. After seeing how to remove my battery he stated he would have to charge me more for labor. We went back in he checked his computer again and gave me a NEW QUOTE of $364.00, I agreed to the $364. He left and went into the garage area where they started working on my car. After like 15 minutes he came back to the waitting area where I was and informed me he would have to charge me more for the labor now $416.00. Well due to he had aready given me a quote of $364..00 for the labor I told him NO I wont approve that amount and that's k they didn't have too change my battery and that I'll take my car. I went to the garage area and there was another *** working on my car. I told him that was ok he don't have to put a new battery in i'll just take my car, The *** says he had already put the new battery in.. I told him to put my battery back in because I hadn't agreed to pay more for labor. This *** got in my face as though to intimidate me and start yelling at me sayiing I had wasted his time because he had to use his own tools He put my battery back in and after I had to look and find screws that he had not replced I left. The price went from $350.00 to $364.00 to $416.00 all in less then 30 minutes.
