    I got a referral for Astro Eclipse **** and talked to ********************* and he recommended me to use his company's melting turf solutions to protect my melting turfs. I trusted him, so I hired his company to build and installed 11 solar screen windows for my house to protect my melting turfs. However, after his staff, ****, installed the solar screens, one of my glass windows broke/cracked and his company won't take responsibility for it. **** also drilled so many wrong holes on my vinyl window frames when he installed the 11 solar screens. The solar screens that **** installed for me also had so many issues that needed to be fixed. There is a broken screen that based on the 5 years warranty on these solar screens, are supposed to replace. However, *** has refused to do all of these for me. I would like BBB's help to get this company to take responsibility to pay for the repair of my broken glass, fix all of the issues of the solar screens that they installed, and fix the one broken solar screen. Thanks in advance.********
