    2013 *** M3 was picked up by Automoto Shipping LLC in ********, ********** on 4/06/2023. Brokered by ******************, this vehicle was promised to be delivered no later then 4/16/2023. The vehicle had about $40,000 of inventory in it for my Pokemon Card Business, Poke Swagg Shop. (Located in **********, now moving to ***********). The vehicle was contracted to be delivered to **********************************************************. It is 4/23/2023 at 5PM at the time of me writing this. The car is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, according to the driver. His name is "****" (My name is also ****). They didn't tell us the location of the vehicle until recently, every time I called SGT they said they would have to call and ask the driver where he is. The truck broke down 2 separate times and was transported to a shop for people to work on the truck and have full access to my vehicle without my permission or knowledge of the truck even being broken down. The delivery date keeps getting promised and they're not delivering. The transport has been delayed 6 times. I have to keep calling them for an update, otherwise they will not contact me. Half of the time they do not pick up my calls. I would not have had an update once if I wasn't calling them every other day. The transport is almost 2 weeks late, I haven't gotten any real updates and they wont be specific on where they are. I am concerned my vehicle is damaged, stolen, and then the contents inside were taken as well. Still no delivery of my car at this point in time.

    Car picked up on 10/10/21/2022 in *********, ** and as of today 11/2/2022 my car hasn't been delivered to ***********, ** nor do I know the whereabouts of my car. I paid $554 upfront via credit card and have money orders to pay remaining balance of $1405 upon delivery of car. Problem is I have no ETA or know where or when my car will be delivered or if it has been stolen or damaged. Original delivery window promised 10/25 to 10/27.
