    I purchased a $2500 rooftop clam shell tent from this company. I bought it with an additional 4 seasons liner for cold weather. They dropped off the product and I paid for it. Once my payment went through they showed me how it opened and closed. It wasnt until then that I was made aware that it took two people in order to close it. They had me stand on top of the tent while the delivery driver closed it which was even then, still difficult for him. This issue literally makes the tent unusable unless I have someone with me, and even then, it will still be difficult to close. I called them looking for support and a possible refund since the product didnt work as advertised. I havent even used the tent yet so it is still brand new. I was informed that they charge an 80% restocking fee. That means I would only receive $500 back on a $2500 purchase. I feel that I was completely mislead.
