      Docs on Main were setting up my Will/Trust. I came in to pick up the finished documents and they were not ready. I don't know if they were ever filed with the recorder's office. I have a call in to them to see if it was ever filed. I tried to call the office repeatedly and stopped by when I had time off from work. They were never there. I just want a copy of the trust/will.***********************

      The owners Name is *******************************. She was working on a living trust update for us. She asked for our original trust which had a flash drive with it and we signed some new documents for update. She said she would call us when it was ready. She has never called us and is not responding to calls or emails. I have went by the office several times and it is locked up but there is still furniture inside. I hope you can help us. We have been waiting for her to complete our Trust since Summer 2022! We just want our original trust and the new signed documents she did last summer. Is this legal?

      I recently paid for services from Legal docs on Main in *********** to write up my trust and also get me a name change. I paid them over $3200 to do so. they said they just needed a recent bank statement to add to trust to put it all together. but, now every time I call or go by the place it is closed and a phone recording says that I will receive a return call within 48 hours but, it never happens. I also have not received my new birth certificate. I called the *********** courthouse and they said it was indeed filed but was never put in the local paper as public notice(as part of the name change)? I had the court make me copies of the needed paperwork that the "*********** Democrat " needed to post it in their paper which ended up costing me another $250. Docs on Main charged me $1000 to do this and was supposed to be covered. the court date has come and passed. a new date is set for March 24th. this Friday which I am going to be present even though I was told I don't need to be but, at this point I can't take the chance as it is, I don't even know if my trust was done right and will have to pay another legal agency to recheck what I had done. I don't know if these people shut down or are just ignoring me but, I'm hearing from others, similar problems. You listed documents to upload but, I don't know what you need. please let me know and I will try to get help as I don't understand any of this that they did for me. Thanks, ****
