I had a wonderful experience with SaunaCloud! The team was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me through every step of the process, from design to delivery. The sauna itself is fantastichigh-quality materials, excellent heating, and its been a great addition to my wellness routine.The only reason Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the assembly instructions could have been a bit clearer. I eventually figured it out, but having more detailed guidance would have made the process smoother.That said, the end result was well worth it, and I would definitely recommend SaunaCloud to anyone considering an infrared sauna. Thank you to ***** and the team for your dedication and support!

We buildt our own custom sauna with the help of Sauna Cloud, and they provided assistance with our design, parts, specifications, and guidance on how to get it done. We love our new sauna. The entire experience, from easy order placement and excellent communication to flawless delivery and setup, has been nothing short of exceptional.The sauna itself is beautiful and the infrared heat and chromotherapy has become a nonnegotiable part of my wellness routine. 5 starsDelivered to our home in seven boxes. Me and my son in law assembled this in a few hours one evening. Was super simple to put together. Was super impressed how things go together so well. Fit and finish is perfect. The quality is so much better than the one I have been using at our physical therapy location and he paid a similar price. Heats up great. I am two years later and my sauna still does mot work!No service, no warranty, no help at all, just jerked around for over two years!Sauna was never installed properly, started falling apart right away, and Sauna Cloud has just blown me off.Do not do business with these people.Sauna Cloud, LLC

Thank you for your feedback. This customer originally had a perfectly working sauna when it was first delivered. We have tried very hard to coordinate a working sauna with him for 2 years now.Unfortunately, this sauna had eventual issues working properly as the customer did not have a level platform for his sauna to be placed outdoors. He had a plywood/wooden platform that was not level at the time of delivery and became worse/more angled over time. ***It is the responsibility of the customer to have a perfectly level space for their sauna and if any issues arise because of an unlevel platform, the manufacturer, Clearlight Infrared Saunas, will not cover repairs under their warranty. They will also not pay to take down the sauna and rebuild it. Because of this, it is really out of our control as we don't pay for customers' new platforms or to knock down and rebuild their saunas because of their unlevel surfaces either. Clearlight has been to the customer's ********************** location free of charge and determined it will need a new, flat platform. This customer has a full lifetime warranty which we always assist with apart from this issue and we will always make sure the manufacturer sends what is necessary to make a fully working sauna. This issue can be resolved by the customer pouring a flat concrete platform or moving his sauna inside. Any replacement heaters or power supplies that are needed to get this customer a fully working ********************** will be sent to them at that time, but not before. As you can see from our previous positive reviews we always follow through with service and the warranty. We just don't build sauna platforms. Thank you for your understanding.Review fromGLENN F

5 starsAfter nearly 2 years of *************** on deciding which sauna to purchase for our home, we took the recommendations of ***** and bought the Sanctuary 2. It arrived on time, and the assembly was fairly easy for me and my wife to handle. In a few hours, we were up and running and have used it everyday since. We love the bluetooth connectivity and built in speakers, along with the sleek glass front and ceiling - fits our style and definitely passes the quality test. If you are considering a sauna - we have zero complaints with ours, and if you like doing business with straightforward and knowledgable people, ***** is your guy.
