In order to continue offering our users an accurate and trustworthy service"Request to remove my full name and data from their film credits on social media platforms and websites.They have rudely denied my request for data removal.The short films in question were produced between *********.

      Hello,

      We have offered to review anything the client wants to removed from online. Attached is the emails sent to the client in response to her request. She has to remove film credits herself from IMDB, she is able to do so easily. Or she can contact **** for assistance. Also, any films etc that she is in, is posted by the director, she needs to get in touch with them if she wants to ask them to remove it. She signed releases many years ago for the films in question, so the directors have every right to keep their films up if they choose to. However we can't remove anything on her behave unless she sends anything specific she finds that we need to address. As you see in the emails, we have no problem reviewing posts etc she shes on the internet that we have posted.

      I am rejecting this response because:***** refuses to acknowledge or remove inaccurate and harmful data. She keeps repeating that I need to remove it myself, knowing that is not possible, since I did not create the accounts.

      Hello,

      Again, as mentioned before, we do not control your **** profiles.       When films are created with our non profit organization over the last 15 years and during the time she attended ********* monthly, the people that create the films ie- team leaders, directors, producers etc add the **** credit for every film they create, this is a database that holds all film content. As mentioned many times to this past consumer, she is able to manage her own credits and if she can't' figure it out on her own with the link provided, contact **** to help her delete them. And Again, if there are any so-called posts etc that she wants removed of her on any of our platforms, she is welcome to send them over with the link, and we will address them as we have said so multiple times.  This client is now posting all over the internet and is getting close to a defamation lawsuit filed against her.

      I am rejecting this response because: The inaccurate and harmful data (12 IMDb profiles) created by **** have not been removed as requested. ***** has not taken any steps to remove the data and she still refuses to do so. She is still using my name on social media platforms, after requesting her not to do so. I am not a public figure and I no longer consider myself a screenwriter either. I am no longer affiliated with **** or the film industry. I left the film industry in 2011 and I want no further affiliation with ****, its members, or otherwise. Not on social media, not on ****, or in real life.
