      Buyers beware of this scam company. They took way too long to ship me my pre broken robot and wont even boot up. After I contacted them about a refund or a replacement. And nothing but radio silence

      Robot was not functional as anything remotely AI as stated. Despite canceling the autorenewel to charge me for having "advanced features", it turned itself back on 4 months later. I immediately contacted them and cancelled it again. They decline to return the fee. I did show this information to my credit card company and they did refund me. This is a horrible scam company that probably failed as their product is bad and are trying to use this automatic payment situation to recover costs.

      The robot did nothing the way it was supposed to. I asked for a refund in January. They have had the returned product since January 16th and just got me my refund in March, but yet it wasnt my full refund. They keep messing around with me back & forth emails, but some how i cant just get my money back from them and never have to deal with this terrible company again.

      We purchased the $99 Miko mini for our children for Christmas. There was no indication that it also requires a $99/year subscription plan to function. They took our payment information and gave us a 7-day free trial. We were not impressed and decided to cancel. Unfortunately, no section of the app, website, or customer support line was able to give us an option to cancel until after the free trial period had ended. Only once the subscription had been paid for did a link to cancel the membership appear in the app. We then canceled the "non-refundable" 1-year subscription plan 1 day into the period. Any attempts at contacting support prior to and after the charge were unsuccessful.When we disputed the charge with our credit card company, MIKO did respond to their investigation even providing documentation that we were bound by their terms and conditions that they technically violated by not providing an avenue to cancel their free trial.Just an overall shady business practice and poor to no customer support.

      The robot is very slow and does not do much, my Grandson does not like it. I canceled the subscription before the 3 month free trial ended (which was not actually 3 months) and they still charged my card and refuse to refund me. Customer service is horrible they keep sending me the same message over and over again telling me I canceled after the trial end date. I have sent them screenshots showing that it was canceled before the end date and they still refuse to refund me. This company is scamming people.

      Scam artists - I requested to cancel a free trial but was charged for a full year of renewal. They refuse to issue a refund and my kids never even used the stupid robots or trial subscription. They dont really do anything interesting or useful. They were received as a holiday gift.

      These people charged my card *****. I was unable to cancel my ************ before the less than 30 days expired. It only gave me the option to renew or purchase. However, they charged me and declined to cancel and refund my money/ they asked me to send proof of purchase. It was a Christmas gift and it barely listen to commands. I told that incompetent person this and they continued to ask for it. Then they asked for the s/n number. All I wanted was for them to cancel that max ************ and refund my money. They have my card on file and Couldnt tell me how to remove it.

      When purchasing this toy we were not told of the required subscription. When starting the toy you are required to put in your credit card information for a subscription. After the card information goes through the toy will NOT work, will not link to wifi. Speaking to customer service is impossible, they literally speak another language and fall back on that to pretend that they don't understand you.

      I bought the Miko Mini for my son for xmas. During set up it asked for a credit card for a $50/month subscription that was not stated anywhere..???? Then it was super glitchy, only worked for about 10 mins, then just FROZE on a creepy looking face and wouldn't even reset. My son was in tears on CHRISTMAS over this horrible item. DO NOT BUY THIS. Shame on them for breaking kids' hearts and wasting people's hard earned money. I hope this company gets sued and goes out of business.

      Miko dont care about their consumers. I order from them 12/13/23 and told them this is for my son. They didnt ship the product until 12/19/23 and will be deliver by 12/26/23 after Christmas. On their website they stated guarantee delivery by Christmas. They just lying out of their teeth. I told them I need it before Christmas but they didnt care. Now they ruin my son Christmas holiday. We always open presents on the morning day of Christmas now its not happening. I read about the hassle just to get refund. This company is a ***** ** **** so I recommend not to buy from them. I will post this review all over the website, **** ****, ********* etc whatever I can find to let people know.
